This winter wellness day retreat at Sopwell House will see me team up with the wonderful Kirsty from High on Yoga to get us all ready for the winter months ahead.
The day will include a welcome juice, followed by an invigorating vinyasa yoga practice with Kirsty. After this class there will be a delicious vegetarian lunch followed by an afternoon hike around the local area. I will then hold a talk on how we can be prepared for the winter and what we can do to keep ourselves healthy. Finally we will end with a yin yoga practice and guided meditation, herbal teas and raw snacks.
